LOCKHEED MARTIN RELEASES THEIR PREPAR3D VERSION 5 (P3DV5) HIGH FIDELITY FLIGHT SIMULATOR

The fifth version of the Lockheed Martin Prepar 3D (P3Dv5) High-Fidelity flight simualtor has been released.

The latest Lockheed Martin Prepar 3d version 5 (P3Dv5) begins to utilize Modern consumer market level Personal Computer (P.C.) hardware (Central Processing Units [C.P.U.], Graphics Processing Units [G.P.U‘s] or video cards, etc.). Airports with associated taxiways, runways are no longer absolutely flat. Additionally, a new weather engine, lovingly called “TrueSky,” has been added.

  1. Good to see ASW is on the ball. This was released on 14th April 2020, and has already been revised twice.

    Just a heads up for your New Year 2021 edition – Microsoft’s Flight Simulator release date is 18 August 2020. You can announce that several months after the fact as well.
